Apple (much of the salicylic acid in apples is found in the peel)
Berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
Citrus Fruits (Lemon, Lime, Orange, Pomelo)
Nuts and Seeds to Avoid (that contain high amounts of Salicylic Acid)
Cashews (roasted) Raw Cashews are fine
